Our studio is located on Wheeler Road.  It is right next to the entrance to Adventure Crossing and in the same retail center as American Dream Machines Custom Motorcycles.

All of our classes are held in the evenings Monday through Thursday.  We offer classes periodically on Fridays and Saturdays and are closed on Sundays.  This schedule is always subject to change.

Anything that you are comfortable dancing and working out in.  

If you are participating in the polercize class, we ask that you wear no lotions or jewelry and wear comfortable shorts or yoga capris that can be rolled up.  Clothes on the pole make it very slippery and that is not safe. 

Also feel free to wear your heels for extra added sexiness!

No prior dance experience is required! 

Our only requirement is that you come with an open mind and be ready to have a great time dancing and sweating.

At this time, we do not have additional yoga mats.  So please feel free to bring one to class for yourself.  

Knee pads are something else you may want to consider.
